Dear Mr. Heyl,

Thank you for the friendly telephone call.

I am pleased to let you know my positive experience with CarpaStretch to share with your customers:

My symptoms before starting with CarpaStretch were pain in the shoulder and elbow, not at all in the wrist. The visit to the neurologist brought evidence to the root cause: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
The neurologist explained to me, that the nerve, compressed at the wrist, is definitely the reason for the pain in shoulder and elbow.

Already after three days of wearing CarpaStretch (one hour a day) made the pain in shoulder and elbow nearly disappear. I am using CarpaStretch now for two weeks and I increased my daily wearing time to 2 ¼ hrs. I am almost symptom-free and find wearing CarpaStretch quite comfortable.

Thank you and kind regards

Dear Mr. Heyl,

as my stock of self-adhesive patches is running out,  I want to ask you to send another 60 pieces.

I think that „carpastretch“ is working well, so well that I stopped wearing it for several days, but then pain re-occurred, and I restarted, and it has helped me again.

I use the patches rather regularly.

Nice regards

Good evening Mr. Heyl,

I wish you all the best for 2020.

Kindly excuse keeping you waiting for such a long time.
After the neurologist Dr. Appy was wondering about my measuring results, I was supposed to show there up again half a year later, only. In the meantime I was at my rheumatologist Mrs. Dr. Fink. She believed, that the current taking of cortisone could have improved the inflammation in my wrist.

At the moment a tapered-dose reduction of cortisone is started.

My ring and middle finger feel significantly better.
Unfortunately my self-adhesive patches ran out and I couldn’t wear CarpaStretch for the last two days.
Now I got the feeling, that the tickling in both of my fingers increased slightly. Insofar I do believe, that cortisone was not the root cause of my relief.

Please send me further 60 self-adhesive patches.

Kind regards

Elke S-MB from Stuttgart

Hi Mr. Heyl,

Dear Mr. Heyl,

Thank you for the nice contact on June 28th, 2019 where we could clarify my order of self-adhesives.

Furthermore, I want to inform you, that my pain has improved significantly and even my physiotherapist has realized a significant relaxation.

Having used an immobilisation splint for 6 years on my right hand and after my left hand worsened rapidly, I decided for a surgery in springtime.
The statement that within the next 6 weeks also the other hand should be operated, motivated me to search for an alternative solution.

Luckily I found your advertisement and I am very happy that my recent condition does not require surgery any more.

Kind regards

Dear Mr. Heyl,

I wanted to tell you: I was pleased and thankful about the CarpaStretch. At the beginning I only used for a short time.
Then I started to put my hands in hot water for 5 minutes before using it, hoping to somehow soften the connective tissue, the tissue, muscles , etc.,
to allow the stretching device having a good impact.
I think it was a good idea and you could circulate my experience to other affected people. And the stretching device should not be fixed too tight above the thumb.

I continue wearing it with success. At the beginning a conservative treatment is always recommended before going for surgery.

Thank you.

Kind regards

Thank you for your Mail. Unfortunately it took some time to answer. But I want to inform you, that the CarpaStretch device is very supportive and that it looks like the surgery at my left hand could be avoided.
After I decided in spring after 6 nagging years to go for surgery at my right hand, I am grateful avoiding this procedure at my left hand.
Even my physiotherapist recognized a significant improvement and has transferred this result to other patients.

Kind regards

I have used CarpaStretch three hours daily for three months.
Since this time I am free of any symptoms and very happy about that.
If symptoms should  come back, I will order new self-adhesive patches.

Thank you and very warm regards from

Just another short feedback:

Your CarpaStretch-device has shown very good results. My left part of the hand was already completely numb. Little by little the tickling restarted more and more. The neurologist could not measure any nerve activity at my left hand. At that time the diagnosis was excessive carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands…
Initially the treatment was very painful and I had to increase it steadily; after a quarter of a year I was able to wear the device even sometimes at night. Probably I had delayed my consultation of a doctor for too long.
Now I am free of pain to 95%, the remaining 5% I treat sporadically according to your advice.
Warm thank you for your invention!!!

Kind regards

Dear Mr. Heyl,

After the neurologist made the diagnosis CTS (61 years, female) in May 2019, I found your stretching device in the Internet.
I absolutely wanted to avoid the risk of a surgery with all the risks and pain.

And just look - everything is true what you published!

I am able to do my work without paraesthesia (geriatric care) and garden work by wearing it for one hour daily.
In the meantime I am also used to wear it while sleeping.

Will recommend it on my next doctor consultation.

Thank you for this great support.

Kind regards

Dear Sirs,

Some months ago I bought a CarpaStretch-device from you.

As I am affected by CTS on both sides, it had a good impact on my right side. Unfortunately not at my left side so that a surgery was absolutely not avoidable.
Sadly, the surgery was not successful.

Now my question:
May I proceed with CarpaStretch even the surgery was ineffective?

Comment CarpaStretch:

After surgery a use of CarpaStretch is strictly not allowed before 12 months after the operation. Before a treatment it should be ensured, that the carpal ligament is free of any adhesion due to surgery and is still movable without problems. Generally, physiotherapists can evaluate same.
